Now is the perfect time to review your belongings. Out with the old and in with the new! Simple updates, like changing a wall color or finally organizing that hall closet can do wonders for your home and sanity! Spring is a great time to make minor changes to your home as the weather is inspiring, yet not warm enough to keep you outdoors doing lawn and garden work. Once summer hits, let the major home improvements begin as you won’t be trapped indoors amongst the dust!

This is a great article on wallcovering that I share equal thoughts on. Wallcoverings of the past tend to be a pain to most homeowners wanting to remove it, but don’t be discouraged as the wallcoverings of today can make a wonderful statement in any setting. Whether accenting a space or covering up damaged walls, you will be surprised by what is available in today’s market. From natural wallcoverings such as grass cloth or bamboo, which are great textures that can also aid in sound absorbency, to bold colors or graphic designs, don’t be shy in adding wallcovering to at least one room in your home.

Some other To The Trade sources in wallcovering that I love specifying for my clients are linked below:

Remember, everything old is new again. Manufactures are constantly reissuing historic patterns in today’s colors.
